Never send survey data unless you want us to look at a specific problem with it — and then only a small sample you are allowed to share.

Moving to a new computer, a licence bound to the wrong device, or a team licence: write from the e-mail address of the account. You can also see and remove activated devices yourself in the account panel.

Academic use is always free for researchers and universities. Write from your institutional address and tell us briefly what the work is about.
